While reading about cooling system issues it occurred to me that if a T were installed in the lower coolant line and a cable actuated ball valve, this could go to a perforated aluminum tube strategically placed around the engine for fire supression or emergency landing cooling of hot bits like manifolds and turbos. Hot steam may not be friendly to tractor installations but a non issue for the canards. Same perfed line could connect to a Halon system for distribution.
