Watts Drill was done in the old USA in the 1930's?

It is pretty neat, but has been around for a while. Trick is the tool has a 1degree
offset to it.

Frank Ford is a luthier, who also happens to be an excellent machinist.  Article
is about making a rotary broach, with the slater tool.  Yes, close cousin to the
watts drill.

Now we don’t have to put a square peg in a round hole. We can get square holes. Quite the tool bit.
