At about shat RPM/MP do you run before you hit 200 degrees. Also, what is the OAT?

Thanks

only problem I can see with using a test club is needing supplemental air for the heat exchangers or very short runs.
I've got a centrifugal fan blowing in the oil cooler duct, and the output of a shop-vac blowing in one of the two radiator ducts.  The oil temp rises slow; at least, much slower than the water.  It should get better with the second radiator installed, but I get about 15 minutes of run time before I hit my redline of 200*.  Then I can shut down, but leave the electric water pump going.  With the fan still blowing, the temps drop about as fast as they go up.
