Will do. We bought a second housing last night and will be doing the same mod to it since we are fresh from doing the first one. (vendor has one left now) Its some serious band saw work at first, then some creative band saw work and finally an air die grinder with rotary files in it.

Be sure to include the weight of the I/O manifold you have to add to make it functional so you are comparing evenly. We have the I/O manifold surface modeled and will machine one after we finish the new intake manifold flange.

    Managed to get to my project for a day (Sure beats caretaking)!!...............Took my

handy dandy "Harbor Freight" electronic scale (weighs up to 70 lb).............The 86-88

13B pump & hsg (minus pulley) was 8lbs 3oz...............The 89-91 13B pump & hsg

(with pulley) was 10lbs 2oz (could not remove pulley...metric tools 55 miles away).....

 

   Mark do you recall the weight of your stock 20B pump and hsg ?........What did your

modified Renesis pump and hsg (minus pulley) end up weighing after the addition of

modified inlet/outlet and wiggins coupling fittings ?...........
