John I believe you have replaced the spring/ball jets in the eccentric shaft with fixed jets
(probably 180 or 200 Weber carb jets) which makes your hot idle pressure that low......
Would that be a good guess ??.................

Chris,
I use Mobil 1 in mine. Oil pressure always sets off the high pressure alarm at > 90 PSI when I start up from cold. Once warm it settles at about 60 PSI. At idle when hot it sets off the low pressure alarm at below 20 PSI.
