John what wt Mobil 1 do you use and is it single or multi wt ?.............Also is your pressure regulator
stock or modified for higher pressure ?................

Chris,
I use Mobil 1 in mine. Oil pressure always sets off the high pressure alarm at > 90 PSI when I start up from cold. Once warm it settles at about 60 PSI. At idle when hot it sets off the low pressure alarm at below 20 PSI.
