Not too operational, but this curve does illustrate what we are looking for and the effects of over/under prop regarding HP (still not thrust, so not exactly what I am looking for).

Curve A shows an over-prop condition where the load of the prop intersects the engine HP curve before the engine has reached its max HP.  Curve B shows that with too little prop you hit the engine RPM limit before it can deliver max HP.    But, again I would like to see a similar curve comparing Thrust and Prop RPM.

The ideal prop shows the maximum prop load intersecting the engine HP curve at Max HP/Max RPM. I suspect that most Prop manufactures must have something along these lines in either equations or charts to work from.  You specify your engine HP and desired Prop rpm and they produce the prop that fits you specs.
