I think if the choice is either before or
after the pumps I'd put them before. Hadnt thought about running the pumps dry
causing a failure (good point Tracy) but if any junk enters the pump that also
is a sure way to make it come apart. Obvious best option is both
sides.
Tracy, thanks for the mention of those Peterson
filters. They look pretty good. The website I found didn’t give any physical
dimensions that I could find though. Got a good web link?

After the fuel pumps. I have two fuel pumps, and I figure that they are
less susceptible to clogging than the injectors. Why? Does this raise any
flags?
