Well, Chris, you've just hit the old infamous 90% done 90% to go wall.
But, you get through it, you are the persistent type for sure {:>)

Still here.  I had a minor medical procedure (just cosmetic...no health
issues yet) done and will be out of the hangar for a few  more days.
However, I have been making some great progress getting things flight ready
and not just proof of concept.  I had noticed I was spending so much time
debating if there were a better way that I was slowing my progress.  I have
now moved past this limitation and am securing things up, tightening bolts,
securing and terminating wire runs.  Feels good.

I am also waiting on the welding to be done on my turbo exhaust.  A buddy is
doing the work for me so I don't want to press him, but I am anxious to get
it back and plumb up the turbo.  Ahhh, the closer I get the further the goal
seems.

All the best,

Chris

I haven't seen any traffic for several days.  Is anyone out there?

Jeff,
Squaring the tubing is easy.  1.5 inch in the center and 1.75 for the
outer.  Start squishing it down in a vise, slowly, using a strong
c-clamp on the other sides and work it to the shape you need.
