can I assume that this shape is repeated in the other axis for a rectangular radiator, and corners along the duct are best filleted, increasing the fillet radius towards the opening so that it approaches circular? [least surface area/flow capacity]   my 2 radiators are proportionally so different, stock oil[short & wide], and custom water[almost square]    kevin
