I'll have some questions coming up.. just need to find the time which is always in short supply.  Had a good time in FL at Velocity and Disney.  Came home to a flooded basement due to a ruptured plastic water line connecting to the ice maker.  A lot of damage done so cleanup under way.  The Servicemaster guy said he sees this type of line breach a lot.  It makes me wonder if the plastic lines are life limited parts.  Fortunately, renting has its privileges in that my landlord has to deal with most of the coordination of getting the place fixed up.  But there is a lesson to be learned here since I do own a house in Ohio that is currently rented out including the plastic water line feeding the fridge.  Will be looking to get that replaced sometime reasonably soon.
