Ed,

With the current US population at a little over 300,000,000 your
$10,000,000 grant will only cost me a little over 3 cents.  Any time
you think it would be useful, send me a stamped self addressed envelope
and I will send it directly to cut out the bureaucratic overhead. :)  No
restrictions on how you use it either.  I'm sure I've received at least that much education/entertainment from
your posts over the years.

Ed, don't feel bad about taking the money, an ole Congressman we had back in the 50's told us to take all we can get, someone is going to steal it somehow.  JohnD

  Hi JohnD,

Yes, having had to rebuild a rotary engine in the rotary no-mans-land of Southwest Louisiana - I think I understand your situation.

Thanks for the suggestion, since the wife is the President and CEO of our company, someone suggested she could also qualify for "women owned" support.  However, since I know it would be your money and the tax money of many of my friends that I would be accepting, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night {:>).

It would be interesting however, to apply for $10,000,000 to develop a radical and new power plant for aviation that does not need leaded gasoline as part of the governments "Go-Green" push.  I would almost do it - just to see, but too little time left for anything but enjoying what I am doing.

You'll like Sun & Fun, JohnD, its warm this time of year {:>)

Ed, it isn't for lack of want that we didn't make Sun & Fun.  Here in Northern Michigan it is hard to find anyone that knows what a Rotary is, but we are still trying to get the 13B - Tailwind completed this week for inspection.  Life gets in the way of living, but it is the best we have.  Seeing that you are a start up company, you should put in for 5 or 6 hundred thousand dollars on one of those new grant programs, or try banking for 6 months, which is good for billions.  BS from the farm.  JohnD
