Ed,

With the current US population at a little over 300,000,000 your
$10,000,000 grant will only cost me a little over 3 cents.  Any time
you think it would be useful, send me a stamped self addressed envelope
and I will send it directly to cut out the bureaucratic overhead. :)  No
restrictions on how you use it either.  

I'm sure I've received at least that much education/entertainment from
your posts over the years.
