Congrats Bob … feels good doesn’t it.
Nice write up in your attached links … you have the
furthest-from-firewall installation I’ve seen so far.

Subject: [FlyRotary] First Flight - Mustang II w/ 13B Turbo Rotary
engine - N62BT
On Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at approximately 10:00 a.m., my Mustang II
took to the air for the first time. After almost 18 years of building
(when time permitted), the first flight was exhilarating and deeply
satisfying. The turbocharged Mazda rotary 13B engine ran well and all
temperatures stayed in the green. It produced more power than I
needed. Everything electric worked as planned, thanks to Mr. Bob Nuckolls
and the AeroElectric Connection. The airplane is a joy to fly and made all
the effort to build it worthwhile. I look forward to many adventures in
the air after the initial 40 hour test period is flown off. See you in
the skies!

Thanks to all of you who gave advice and support over the years. The
task was not easy, but it was rewarding.
