McMaster Carr carries Clear Polyurethane Tubing - Ether based in this size:

Water-Resistant Clear Polyurethane Tubing 5/16" ID, 7/16" OD, 1/16" Wall Thicknes Length (note this is the size we use in the Bearhawk)

Superthane Ether is a trademarked name for Clear Polyurethane Tubing.

 

 

 

I just am not sure if the Superthane is more fuel resistant  clouding (tubing may cloud after time).
