Scott,
I just happen to have a pair of louver panels made by the same guy that made the
ones on Ed's RV.
They are 7"x16.5" overall size each, with 12 5" wide louvers in a 5"x 14.3" rectangle.
I tried to use them on the bottom of my cowl but they did not work too well.
I'm sure that they would work fine on the sides like on Ed's but that was not an option for
me.
Let me know if you are interested, I could make you a deal.
I could also send a photo if you have any interest.

I want to install louvered panels similar to Ed's, and wonder where you get them, and what kind of options are available?
I don't really want to buy a louver punch, but maybe?
