IFor far too long this situation was common to the S3 Viking. The constant speed drive would overheat and the drive would break up and fill the cooler. There was no instructions to clean the cooler, so the next drive wouldn't last long. Millions later the cooler was bigger and had a filter.Duh....................

I was thinking about protecting an oil cooler, when it is painfully obvious that is more important to protect the engine. Most often the answers are right in front of us, however some of us don't see them until someone points them out.
