Don't know the rating that he used on your mount but the Barry Control made isolators are available in a wide range of load ratings from McMaster Carr.  The fronts should be a higher rating than the rears and the front left (if a right hand prop is used) should be a bit stiffer than the right due to engine torque.  This applies to a tractor installation.

I noticed that the bushings that Fred furnished with the motor mount plate are not up the job.  The bottom half has crushed down by close to ¼ inch.   I wonder what mounts the rest of you are  using?  The lower picture is of the left (pilot) side and the top is the copilot side.  Both are on the front.  The rear seems to be holding up ok.  I first noticed this when I saw that my spinner was not aligned with the cowl very well…
