I mis-read what "Blown Flaps" really were as it was the use of high pressure bleed air routed to the leading edge of the wing to increase lift a high AOA's. 

 

I'm pretty sure my picture shows how roll control was accomplished on the jet without the use of ailerons since in another article it stated that roll was accomplished by a combination "spoiler / deflector"...
