The vacuum from one will suffice, although I personally like to T off of both.  Even out the pulsation a bit better.  Some folks have used a small air/fuel filter to smooth out the pulses as best I recall.

Do I need to tee off from both the rotor one and two for the fuel pressure regulator, or will the vacuum  from one rotor be enough.  At the present I have a vacuum point in the intake manifold (each runner) about 6 inches from the Weber Carb, throttle body.  JohnD
