No experience, but that is what their description sounds like to me.  Looks like they removal a flat plate in front of the injector holes which is probably designed to spray the gasoline in a 360 deg flat disc pattern for maximum atomization.  This plate probably restricts the flow coming out the holes to a degree, by removing it sounds like they simply open it up for better flow.

Subject: [FlyRotary] RX8 Primary Injector modification.

I have a pair of primary injectors that I had decided not to use due to the low fuel flow and mismatch with the secondary's. The larger fat injectors I purchased will not fit in the block but work for the secondary's. I thought about building an adapter block to raise the injector and eliminate the clearance issue but that would create another clearance issue with the upper intake manifold and fuel rail. Does anyone have any knowledge about this modification process? Looks like they remove a flow restrictor.

Thanks,
