For the most part wouldnt you think that this is only the sentiment of the person on the losing end of a legal argument? I'm guessing the winner is quite happy and content with their counsel.
Speaking of Lawyers and Gun Control.. to paraphrase a popular pro-gun mantra (and I am most decidedly pro-gun)..
Its not the lawyer who is the scumbag. Its the people who hire the lawyer for frivolous reasons who are the scumbags.
A lawyer doesn't sue you. The person who hires the lawyer does.
