You got me on 'a' and no doubt on 'c' too, but I did have one known flaw for him to catch.   Not surprisingly, he didn't notice it.  But on the lengthy list of details he did flunk was for 'proper separation of fixtures'.  A water closet (toilet) flange center was 14 3/4" from the nearest side wall.   The book value is 15". "Sorry" (he said with a smile), "That wall has to move".

Hope I don't get a similar FAA designee to inspect my RV-8   :- {

Tracy:  It sounds like you:

    a.  Didn't have the required 12 pack of the inspector's favorite beverage waiting when he / she showed up,
    b.  Didn't leave a few things for him / her to correct you on so he / she would be able to fully demonstrate
         how much they know about the code vs. you
    c.  Just got the all too typical inspector who really wasn't good enough to hack it in the private sector and
         therefore ran to get a county job as soon as an opening became available, and they generally have a
         chip on their shoulder and let everyone know it.

P.S. The Douglas County guys on the south side of Denver aren't any different...
