Extra data in the game. 13B size, Higher compression, always good news. I deal runner and header length and diameter for 7,500, 130 HP. Just a guess. Put it in a car and get it on a chassis dyno. Pports can be very unhappy with poor muffling systems.
 
Or build one if you have a reduction system and a prop big enough to absorb the power.
Here is a display dyno that could include HP and thrust if some play is left in the pillow block bearings.
