Dave, The only thing that jumped out at me was wet plugs / new engine.
Fuel pressure is a little high. I see 43 on one, 46 on both.
You crankled on B with no start, then used cold start.
I know you said you smelled no fuel, but change plugs and try cranking on A with just a few squirts of prime.
Do you see a small RPM reading on EM2 while squirting prime?
Do you have good compression?
Try both batteries on.
