Here is a photo showing my intake manifold.

It is crafted from a four inch square aluminum tube (fence post).1/8 inch wall.

Inside, is urethane foam, carved with the runners, then two plies of fiberglass and epoxy, make up the runners from the cab into the six ports.

The ends of the tubing are also glassed shut.  Four bolts hold in place.

Short, light, and reliable.
