You could set it to your throttle position and control how much oil they injected. this was back in the old carburated days. The 73 and earlier had the same pump but it had a different bolt pattern and I dont think they would work. I might even have an old one laying around. I'll try to get a pic.

That same pump is on all rotaries. The newest one is a fancy electronic controlled one and a bit pricy. Two older styles cover all other rotaries. Drive is from the same gear that drives the distributor or similar.
