Rusty, since I had radio noise only at higher power settings, I suspected the secondary injectors were creating radio noise, since they were the only thing kicking in at high power settings. I wanted to remove any crimp or slip connectors. Soldered the wires directly to the injector leads and potted them in epoxy. Replaced the wires between the EC2 and both sets of injectors with shielded wire, with the shield grounded at the EC2 end only. That's about it.

I've lost track of a few details here, so refresh my memory. You sent the EC-2 and EM-2 to Tracy for updates. What else did you do to the airplane aside from unplugging the units (working), and plugging them back in again (not working)?
