Pins 33 and 34 are correct, and power to either one should power both
processors (unless Tracy did one of his stealth improvements).

Buly;

Two things:  Have you checked that the processor chip(s) are fully seated in
plug (base); and -  is the behavior the same for both controllers?

If you have +12 power to pins 33 or 34, and you have the serial lead
connected to the EM2, and the processor in functioning, you should not see
NOP.  Possibly something has happened in shipping or handling.  If the
processor is not functioning of course you can not trigger the injectors.  Good luck,
