Well, there would be ways to deal with liability, but stop production completely?
Why not sell it then? I assume there would be some interested people to restart!

Rich Goldman, formerly on this list,
did a forced approach as a result of what sounded like an ECU problem.
He may be able to shed more insight
on the Midwest wankel and the engine failure post-mortem.
