power fuel burn / EC2 injector driver change
Yeah! But! Tracy.
I figured I would only
have to check the connections once (even if I did have to solder that
*&^% 37 sub D connector on twice) - I didn't think I would have to check
the connection periodically {:>).
what I really didn't consider was the need for
hauling the unit out for reprogramming. Humm, that cable extension will
probably seem a better ideal the more years I get under my belt.

Hint!
Pg 1 Para. 5 of EC2 installation guide reads:
"I
would also suggest that the EC2 be installed in an easily accessible
location where you can visually verify that the connections to the EC2 are
properly made. " : )

So you
are saying that we should mount the EC2 some place that is very
accessible?

I would have to unload and take out my seats
to get under the instrument panel and take the EC2 out - never thought
about its location at installation time - thought I would never have it
out from under the panel - boy! was I ever wrong {:>)
