That damper looks good, in fact the whole PSRU looks good for a single type HP requirement.
On the subject of the damper, I have seen that before, can't remember where - if you find out where it comes from, please let me know - it looks ideal for the single.
That looks like an old Metalastic Now called Rotoflex coupling. Same as similar industrial couplings. Found around JRT/ British Leyland/ Triumph car parts stores and the like. I had them on my Lola and my friend had a set on his Chevron. Very pricey at retail. Look through industrial catalogs. Similar to a coupling used in the Fiat Spyder drive shaft. Might be cheaper through a Fiat parts store if you could use one that big.
