Thanks George, that's exactly the file I needed. We'll forgive Dale :)

Buly,
I will never give Dale anything again - he doesn't even remember ya!
That's a YES ! on the mm, or it's a bloody big exhaust flange - just joking!

Thanks Dale. I assume the measurements are in mm.

Hi All,

In a "blast from the past", I located this GIF of a 'print for
the flange
among my files.  Dunno who I got it from.  Dunno if it is as useful
as a CAD dwg.  But here it is.

Can you save it in a downward version of Autocad previous to 2004

MessageOK Bill - where do I sent it, it's AutoCAD 2004. You too
Buly. Contact me at lendich@optusnet.com.au and I will reply with
the drawings. Just check that the exhaust port is the size you
want it. I made mine to fit the Cosmo, which is larger than
normal exhaust ports at 2"- you may wish to change that size,
however from discussion with Bill Jepson, he suggests that the
exit is better to be a bit larger than a bit too small. I had it
cut from 6mm SS. Just to make things difficult the bolt holes are
different from port centre, and it took me ages to get this
right. I must have cut a dozen templates to get it right, it's
not as if you can mark it from the inside. Happy to help -
always! George ( down under) ----- Original Message ----- From:

I would be interested in the drawing, and apparently so would
Buly. Mine were made off of a pattern that Kevin made, and they
are beefier than necessary, but probably won't warp too bad
either. Bill Schertz KIS Cruiser # 4045
