How are you sealing the fiberglas plenum to the oil and water coolers?
My radiator has a "U" channel at the top and bottom that I can use to
bolt the plenum, but what about along the water tank sides of the
radiator?  It seems that under pressure, (200 mph! :<)) the plenum would
swell out and leak air if it is not attached????
I am using the stock 2nd gen oil cooler and it has nothing available to
bolt anything to.  It seems that this plenum would just blow off under
pressure.
What neat trick are you guys using to hold these items in place?
Thanks,

I may have a unique situation due to my radiator placements, but I'm locking the cores into the ducts.

Cover the core with plastic wrap, sit the duct mold on it  and do the layup, letting the duct extend down an inch or two down the side of the core.  Tape strips of <something> around the edge of the cooler so that the layup forms a flange that is reinforced with two or three strips of 1" tape.  The exit duct is done the same way.  Mounting is a matter of sandwiching the core between the intrance and exit ducts and bolting the flanges together.  Vibration is handled by the ducts not being under the cowl and the fiberglass ducts having some flexibility.
