Buly, I actually looked into that and found out the structural fiberglass material (which is available) cost $20 per square foot and I would need approx 360 sq ft.  So 20 * 360 = $7200 - I decided to forego making it out of fiberglass {:>)_

Me - decided to ditch my door design when I found out the cost of shipping the metal material would cost as much as the material  itself. So am now doing it in wood that is available at the local  stores and it appears that may actually work out to be less work  {:>) not to mention costing less. Iteration 24 }:<(
