You’re in luck.  It took me a while, but I found a picture with everything labeled.  The restrictor jet is installed in the 90* AN-to-NPT fitting.

Mark,

  You said you tapped a T fitting, and threaded a motorcycle jet into it. I am not sure I understand. Did you  install it such that the jet protrudes from the tee and then is sleeved by the line that attaches over top of it to the Tee? You wouldn't have any pictures would you? I think this sounds like a great idea if it is the way I invision it. Would like any more info you could offer. Thanks,
