Bob,
   Not a turbo guy but recall seeing in past posts that the full 75 lb + oil
pressure of the 13B could push oil past seal into the turbine housing.......
  Not sure of the pressure recommended but I believe it was about 30 psi
after the restriction........This info is in the Flyrotary archive somewhere !!

How big should the restrictor hole be in the turbo oil feed line?  1/4  inch line from the oil galley to the turbo, on a 20B if that makes any difference.
