OK Rusty what is your finders fee cost? I have a gentlemen's
agreement to swap my rotary package for the 150HP lycoming in Houston that you
found. Had an A&P neighbor look at the one in Miami. It was probably a
better cash buy, but Skip in Houston wanted to trade so do not have to find
another buyer for the rotary.

I had no idea
the guy in Houston was interested in trading. That's good news all
around. You get the Lycoming you want, and a very nice rotary conversion
stays in aircraft service. I hope it all works out, and you get back
in the air quickly after the swap.
