This way you are not making this system part of the engine cooling system and can run lower pressure and be able to shut it off without affecting the engine system. I was thinking of a device that subarus had sandwitched between the oil filter and the block. Any thoughts?

I wasn't to sure before, but after Tracy's report of a 70-80 degree differential across his radiators I'm positive that pulling exhaust air off of the radiator will keep the cabin warm. All that it will require is a little ducting to implement.
