George,

http://www.aviationdevelopment.com/  They are designed for use as a drain plug but I am planning to build an aluminum Y block to feed the oil exiting the drive past the detector.

Tracy,

Would the oil output of the be the best place to measure the redrive temperature? Also what should I expect to see as the normal operating range? I ordered a chip detector for the exit oil and thinking it might be a good idea to measure temps.

Thanks,

Bobby
