Bob, I would get some regular vitron "O" rings - of near the right size and experiment.  I no longer use Mazda "O" rings for just the reason you mentioned - outrageously expensive.  I think Tracy Crook should look to finding some suitable replacements and sell them in his kits {:>).

I use a regular round cross section "O" ring for the top of the injector and a "grommet" type ring (thicker, squarer cross section) for the bottom "O" ring.  It of course, needs to fit in the hole as well as around the injectors.  The critical one is at the top of the injector with the higher pressure fuel.  If the lower one is a little off you might get a small air leak of no consequence, but you don't want higher pressure gasoline spraying around outside the injector. {:>)

I lost the container that had the size label on it for the top "O" ring - so can't help your with a part number.  Perhaps someone has the actual size dimension.

I am looking for a better idea.  I have a factory assembly drawing of how
the secondary injectors go into the manifold-but they use (among other
things) two O rings each.  The dealer wants over $6 EACH for these O rings.
And they don't fit very good.  What is a good way to seal these injectors
without going to the big bucks original equipment

There has to be a better way, what is working for you?  Would appreciate any
suggestions.
