For my N/A engine with a “tuned”
intake I found having the pickup for the map sensor near the intake ports was
bad thing – resulting in problems getting a balanced mixture between rotors.
Measuring MAP near the throttle body as far away as possible from intake
pulses resolved those issues for me. For you clever turbo guys perhaps it’s
not an issue.
