Or, the gizmo took up shelf space that was more productive if piled high
with Altoids and Moon Pies.
Most owners never look under the hood, let alone do anything under the
hood, including check the oil.
You used to go the hardware store to get gas. Now you go to the gas store
to get hardware, and Moon Pies of course.
