Old farmer trick, grab the torch, put the flame on the plug, don't breath the fumes, at around 600 degress the lead is gone.  Sure does the trick on old tractor plugs.  Hold the plug with pliers so you don't brand your self with AC, etc. and lay aside to cool.  JohnD
