Could it be
that Tracy just got a bad batch of coils? What little I know of normal
distribution, could put several of these coils just to the inside of the
curve before failure or rejection in the manufacturing process. I am
curious if it can be determined where in the manufacturing sequence these
coils fell. Al Wick could probably speak of this better than
I.
