Yes, I would like to have it manufactured and sell it. However, there is more to it than just the housing. I changed lots of things for weight saving.  
the E-Shaft is different from other one rotors. The PTO-side bearing is direct in the housing and the output is a 30MM 10:1 taper, just like on a Rotax. There is no room for any MAZDA counterweight or ring gear. I have a flywheel with integrated balancing and a 10" ring gear on it. 
The PTO side housing should be running in 6 month. 
 
 
Hi Richard.  Sounds really interesting.  I guess at some point you have to make a significant departure in the way Mazda did some things in order to save significant weight. 
 
Keep at it.  The world certainly needs a light rotary.
