Rusty, mine are [apparently] the old ones, PN 8132 17104487 labeled as 50 lb/hr, 12 ohm.  I only got them about 6 months ago.  These are my secondarys and I have stock 550’s as primaries.

Thanks for checking.  I installed the injectors that I just received, and ran the engine some yesterday.  As expected, there was no change in behavior, though I'm still convinced that they flow significantly less than the stock Mazda 550's.  I'll try to send the MSD's, and my 4 used Mazda 550's off to have them tested and cleaned if needed.  I'll be more than a little interested to see how they compare in a side by side independent test.

For now, I have the MSD injectors wired as primaries, because Tracy said the system works better if the smaller injectors are acting as primaries.  It bugs me some to do this, but it does seem to work better.

BTW, I am stoked that you are making 36” with a wide open waste gate.  Something turbo this way comes…..   J

If you like that, you'll love this.  Not only do I have a wide open wastegate, but I have a relief valve that I set to maintain 1.5 psi with my compressor.  It seems that the turbo can overwhelm it to the point that it makes 3psi.  Yep, certainly no shortage of turbo ability.  Since my goal was to turbo-normalize, I'd be happier if the wastegate could dump all the boost.  I'll be interested to see what the turbo will do with an open wastegate, and no relief valve, but I'm not willing to try that at sea level with 9.7 rotors.

Cheers,

Rusty
