What's wrong with cutting out the divider between the two ports in the side housings, in effect converting to a 4 port?
From my limited perspective, the most low-risk path would be to emulate the stock "wide open" configuration for the manifold. This should get me the full 247 HP, one would think. Other configurations could deliver the same thing, but I suspect it would take many iterations to find the "sweet spot" that would deliver 247 HP.
