Not to rain on your parade, but....did you radius you NACA duct corners before you put on the VGs?
I may have missed it but from some of the pictures this seems to really help the flow. Of course the VGs are
a quick fix but I would think you would want the best flow you could get. The hot days of summer are still
ahead.
