Hi, Jim....The lip of the NACA is radiused, but the corners defining the

Paul,
Not to rain on your parade, but....did you radius you NACA duct corners 
before you put on the VGs?
I may have missed it but from some of the pictures this seems to really help 
the flow.  Of course the VGs are
a quick fix but I would think you would want the best flow you could get. 
The hot days of summer are still
ahead.
